Rituals: Like A Dance 001
Harth has been the center of a great spiritual war since the archangel Dom’rel led a rebellion in Eternity many years before. Even the beings that predate the archangels―the Celestials―have taken part. Both have fallen from the Light’s grace, leading to primordial conflicts, but humanity has been blessed with a number of heroic gifts. Many of those gifts have lain dormant for centuries, only to resurface now, at Harth’s greatest time of need…In this exciting tale, strength is displayed in many forms, but the greatest strength to be found in a hero is faith
Rituals: Beautiful Cataclysm 002
Rogue and wicked spiritual principalities are tearing Harth asunder, engulfing both land and people in a cataclysm of darkness. The Light’s alliance takes shape in a war where evil rolls over itself in an endless power struggle, as entire civilizations are brought to hollow husks of their former glory. The beautiful cycle of death and rebirth plays out in spectacles of ancient might.Rituals: Storm and Serpent is the thrilling second installment in the Rituals Christian fantasy series, where humanity is reconnected and its alliance defined.
Rituals : Like A Song 003
Ritual: Side Quest 004
The smoke from Yojun’s assault in Asheya poured out in every direction across Zuhetta, blanketing much of the continent in a haze. The blue skies over Zufa’zuf were blotted out for a period, and lightning flashes replaced the sun.
Kush’hera’s death prompted a number of elemental and weather phenomena across Harth, spanning from sudden wind shifts and rainfall without rainclouds to superstorms over the oceans and electrical disturbances on every continent . . .
RITUALS: Evermourne 005
How far we’ve come, comrades. It seems to have all gone by so quickly. While the world is still at war, its shape is certainly different from that of the start. The continents of Harth and all its peoples, working together against their common annihilation, are again connected. The icy waste of Chelsea has been evacuated. In Shiro, the wolvyn have proved to be tremendous allies
Rituals: The Future 006
We will be starting with Zuhetta, in the state still known as Dema, and the BFC (Bonfire City) therein. As a territory, Dema survived military actions taken in the ages past. As Emi-Shet was a super-city territory in Mol’do, the BFC is now the same as Zuhetta. Its ordinary boundaries had long since expanded East and West, now at an impressive 1,001 km sq.
Size, noise, and lights aside, the place was also the world’s largest fortress. One-hundred-foot Iron walls surrounded the territory, along with an array of advanced weaponry and soldiers. Despite the show of force, the BFC was allowed to slip into a dark place. Violence and depravity are now all too common.
RITUALS 007 BLOSSOMING SIN: ALTER ORIGIN I
Yana grew up in an orphanage. She had just turned six, an age at which the facility would no longer keep the individual. In all those years, she only had a couple of friends. She may as well have been a ghost at times. Despite instances of assaults and unruly behavior, Yana always managed to avoid trouble.
RITUALS 008 BLOSSOMING SIN: ALTER ORIGIN II
The girls and company made themselves as comfortable as they could outside of Al’var. The vehicle was room enough for a few to sleep, and an awning had been erected over outside mats on the ground.
Solomon was on a mat in the grass. His eyes were closed as he rested in tranquility. Funf and Skarg made a trip to a nearby merchant, purchasing various goods including alcohol, tobacco, and Vae’yiri stankweed.
RITUALS: 009 BLOSSOMING SIN ALTER ORIGIN III
There was still a considerable sliver of old Rime left, and this would be the portion to remain until the coming era(s). Otherwise, there were no civilians outside of the TTT (Tal’Traxxi Territory).
It felt like something of a stalemate for Shiro; volleys came and were repelled. Miri’el’s consecration made the TTT a bountiful and lush place, where development and life had safely marched on thus far. There had yet to be reported illnesses since the angel’s healing mist befell.
Of course, there were the new children to consider. After quite an ordeal, it ended up being Miri’el and Yana who ordered Bree and Rayne to move to the TTT with their offspring. Certainly, they would also retain attendants in the care of these babes.
Rituals: Light Refraction Delta Alpha Romeo Kilo 010
It was storming on this night as lightning flashed through the stained glass windows of a cathedral in Eliphas, one of Dak’s major cities. The late hours had come, leaving only the caretaker shift priest and one priestess tending to the complex. The priest lay in a pool of his blood, gurgling as he gasped from the slash across his throat.
RITUALS: Light Refraction Madness Well Phantasms and Photographs 011
It was a stormy morning, enough to wake Charlie from his sleep. He rolled over to look at the time, uttering with a sigh.
“Seriously? Holy shit! I knew this was the forecast. I thought I took enough meds to keep me knocked out.” He rolled onto his back, feeling a debilitating buzz from the drugs he had taken before he went to bed.
